Headquarter In: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Founded in Year: 2019
Employees Headcount: 11-50

In this digital age, we’ve revolutionised almost everything.  Shopping? Ordering Food? Paying Bills? Everything is so convenient these days, yet cleaning remains a manual, draining activity. It has no meaningful performance indicators and is dependent on an age-old manual process. Cleaning services experts, who have previously lacked technical knowledge, are becoming increasingly difficult to find. Not to mention the age-old stigma associated with this line of work. Household cleaning needs have seen a drastic surge in demand, globally and in India, primarily due to increased consumer concern about health and hygiene.

Here comes Cleanomatics, which is bringing cutting-edge innovation to the field of cleaning and is disrupting this centuries old profession. Sounds weird, right? cleaning and innovation both together in a sentence? Stick with us to know how.

Cleanomatics, is a one-stop, on-demand tech platform for all types of cleaning services. It provides full-service primary laundry and dry- cleaning services, as well as a wide range of ancillary services such as house cleaning, corporate cleaning, shoe repair/cleaning, carpet and couch dry cleaning, and other related services. It believes in constant technical innovation as well as the improvement of fellow local cleaning professionals, who do not have access to or understanding of technological advancements.

Cleanomatics has access to cutting-edge deep tech. It leverages upon this capability to create an AI-powered intelligent platform, which is the first-step for providing high-quality, germ-free cleaning and related services. This is being done by partnership with various AI technologies deployed such as Zoho, yellow.ai, Gupshup and many more to name and by leveraging robotics at the point of service.

The company is an AIPowered & NLPEnabled Consumer Tech Platform for all kinds of Cleaning (personal & space cleaning), Painting and Pest Control Services.

A Wide View on Leadership and Team Building

Ideas, the people behind them, and their execution, according to Abhra, are what make up an organization. He  is convinced that if your employees look forward to  working with you every day, to learn, and to innovate, you  are well on your way to creating a productive company. He  frequently pushes his staff to approach problems from the  perspective of a customer; knowing what they are going to  help Abhra in creating the best solutions for them while  also increasing overall efficiency.

The company has developed a contactless laundry process backed by a path-breaking Ozone, UVC, and vacuum-powered total disinfection laundry cabinet named ZEUS to remove all infections from the clothes and make them free from all types of microorganisms, including the deadly Covid 19 virus. A provisional patent has also been filed for the same.

Robotic Painter—-The company has deployed a robotic painter for robotic painting. It is the first of its kind in the industry. This Robotic Painter is intelligent, smart, and AI-powered. It can do the same painting job as a full team with 100% accuracy and in one-fifth of the time.

The company has deployed a water-tank cleaning robot which can clean large water tanks and reservoirs without using any chemicals or any manual interventions.

Abhra invests in the learning and development of each & every employee. By involving them in day-to-day processes, operations, and brainstorming for ideas, he makes them understand the importance of their contribution by looking at the big picture and how it is creating a strong ecosystem, i.e. Cleanomatics.

“Our innovation comes from minute observations of the bottlenecks of the business processes and our willingness to  resolve them and simplify them.”

Abhra pays a lot of attention to feedback by employees as well as customers to build a proactive workplace that acts on it. He advises emerging  business leaders to think of themselves as problem solvers rather than businessmen.

“To believe in yourself and be patient because all good things take time to build and have a group of people who are not afraid to voice their opinions for the betterment of the company.”

Future plans for the company

Abhra faces a myriad of challenges, ranging from small issues concerning his customers, vendors, and team members to actual business problems. His motivation comes from the satisfaction of his customers. He says, “The sheer gratification that comes from glitch-free end-to-end business operations has been my driving factor in this journey, and when my actions inspire someone, I continue to strive and encourage my people to take chances.” In the future, Abhra’s goal is to increase the user base of Cleanomatics and expand its services to other metro cities in India, making lives easier and better for customers.  “When people think of cleaning, they automatically relate it to a stressful and unending task. The goal is to make people relate ‘cleaning’ to convenience and Cleanomatics”
