Under his precious guidance, the company was established in Pune and is currently operating across India and Singapore (ASEAN Region) with trainers and clients in UK, USA, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Turkey, Serbia, and Slovenia.

Quantum Infotrainers & Consultants has come a long way, overcoming challenges such as the lack of willingness of various clients to recognize training as an investment as most of them considered training only as a retention tool, a thing that they need to do in their free time. However, over the years the firm has served several satisfied clients including giants in the market like HSBC, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, TATA (Communications Ltd.), Coca-cola, Vodafone, Hitachi Consulting, and many more.

With its prolific services of the highest standard, innovative methodologies, qualitative output, and market-oriented programs such as consultancy and executive coaching, Quantum Infotrainers & Consultants’ main emphasis are on coaching practices through a mix of conventional and new techniques.

Majorly focused on updating tech knowledge amongst learners, from 2001 to 2004, Quantum Infotrainers observed various industry gaps such as bad employee management, poorly skilled workforce and more. The company also noticed the unregulated emotions amongst employees caused by the workforce, deadlines to meet, strict quality parameters, and more.

A Way towards Technology Intervention

Industry 4.0 has always been impacting various businesses and so has it impacted training. However, for IT Skills, Quantum has been planning to come up with our own e-learning programs. Behavioral programs can only be delivered in non-digital methods since it’s about human behavior. For other verticals, the company is planning to do the same.

On asking the Founder about what acts as a catalyst, he said, “Online content management has proved to be a catalyst. Soon when our e-learning programs will be up; it will only enhance.”

Looking for a Bright Future

Quantum plans to expand in terms of its operations in various cities in India through

channel partners and associates. It holds a group company called Quantum Trainings Pte Ltd which has been expanding in the South East Asian Region (ASEAN Region). And, soon the company will do the same in other parts of the world.

The company carries out all the principles of experiential learning, a case study based

approach, and most importantly, thorough research on the client’s needs. Making it most

relevant to the client is what the company wishes to do. Regarding the same, Dr. Pratik P.
