The Turning Point
The turning point of QuicSolv was when during a meeting with one of the top vehicle manufacturing companies, they asked for a hyper decision making solution. An aspect where if certain conditions were met, a certain action needed to be triggered. This got us thinking and we entered the IoT industry.
The company embarked upon the IoT journey in 2017, to solve business problems and now within a span of 5 years, it has solutions for, ‘Manpower Tracking’, ‘Asset Tracking’, Computer vision for quality control, Wireless Machine Connectivity solutions and a few more in the works.
Manpower Tracking helps organizations to improve efficiency, health and safety and ensures high satisfaction among workforces. Asset Tracking helps in tracking all kinds of assets whether stationary or in transit. Its computer vision solution helps in real time quality control of Manufacturing processes. The company’s Wireless Machine Connectivity solutions help to cut down the gap between Shopfloor and General offices by providing real time updates.

In one of the projects, QuicSolv is helping Mahindra and Mahindra to do piece Piece-by-Piece Quality inspection of the body parts produced in the body shop. Previously they used sample-wise inspection on their press line which led to the recognition of quality issues later in the process leading to substantial Quality losses affecting the Overall Equipment efficiencies.
Its CV solution uses Machine Learning on the edge and hence is capable to alert about deviations close to real-time leading to rectification at the source and helping in minimizing losses
The Bright Future
QuicSolv foresees becoming the biggest go-to provider of Industrial IoT services in the areas of Track and Trace and Computer Vision technologies. The company sees itself providing hyper decision making solutions to organizations and helping the Indian manufacturing industry compete globally.
