Starting a business from the root to the tip is a difficult task. Just ask someone who has gone through the process. Any firm may benefit from the effective formula. You’ll need a clear vision, unwavering determination, and, of course, money and working capital. Successful entrepreneurs would also claim that, through adopting technology, they are able to “see solutions” to complicated challenges.

Esposito Intellectual Enterprises, LLC was founded by Brian J. Esposito 20 years ago as a company that packed beauty supplies for professional and retail customers. It has since grown into a holding company with operations in media, liquor, music, apparel, sea exploration, crypto, blockchain, beauty, fashion, charity, aviation, space, crypto currency, hemp, oil & gas, mining, television & film, wireless, technology, and much more.

EIE is a holding corporation controlled entirely by Brian J. Esposito, with 75+ firms and 150+ joint ventures operating in 25+ sectors and over 25 locations throughout the world. These firms provide incredible goods, intellectual property, solutions, technology, and solutions to meet the demands of the markets. EIE’s ecosystem has been designed to produce win-win scenarios for all parties involved, with a constant focus on delivering actual, measurable value. The business strategy aims to establish and build businesses that generate cash flow and genuine positive earnings, as well as appropriately value those firms at a sustainable valuation and multiplier of those earnings.

The Visionary behind EIE

Brian J. Esposito, CEO and Founder of Esposito Intellectual Enterprises, LLC (EIE), has seen more than most people. He would never have expected or envisioned the 20+ year career path he has taken. He wouldn’t exchange it for anything since it taught him abilities and persistence he never realised he had or imagined he’d ever need. He constantly maintains that the more difficult the trip, the more satisfying the end result, and that the best is yet to come. He is fortunate that he did not lose himself, become bitter, or become disillusioned with the world during this time. He asserts, “I’ve taught myself how to behave appropriately in all situations and to always hold myself responsible for my actions. Blaming people for their behaviour is not a sign of emotional maturity or progress. We are responsible for everything that happens to us because we invite events and people into our lives. We must get smarter as we develop in order to prevent issues. “

Brian J. Esposito is also a founding partner of BAPES and the BAPESCLAN.  A new NFT project has gone completely viral.  In just a few short days hundreds of thousands of amazing BAPESCLAN community members from around the globe flooded the official @BAPESCLAN Twitter, Instagram, Discord, and Linkedin pages.  All of this happened organically making BAPES the fastest-growing NFT Project in the world without spending a single dollar on marketing or advertising.

Nodle and TurnCoin

Brian feels humbled that there are quite a few notable milestones in the company’s journey. Nodle and TurnCoin, on the other hand, are two of his most prized holdings and participation. Without building or deploying a single cell tower or wifi station, Nodle has built the world’s largest global wireless network and an ecosystem of connected devices. Nodle has also developed the Nodle Cash app, which anyone around the world can download and begin to earn crypto currency passively just by walking past IoT devices that are in close proximity.

TurnCoin: theXchange is a revenue-sharing digital security that derives its value and yield from theXchange. TurnCoin holders receive 100% of theXchange gross revenue. Thanks to the development and launch of VirtualStaX, people can now list and sell virtual shares of themselves to their fans, friends, family, peers, and colleagues. As per Brian, the venture is honoured to have the full public support of some of the most talented athletes, musicians, actors, actresses, celebrities, influencers, esports players, and business people from all over the world. This financial mechanism is also so important to dreamers and amateurs because they can utilise VirtualStaX to help support and fuel their passion for becoming the next professional athlete, singer, actor, or whatever they want to be in this very precious life.

A Motivating Work Environment

According to Brian, the CEO must constantly share the spotlight on all victories with all stakeholders and accept full responsibility for any blunders or poor outcomes. He believes that it’s critical to treat everyone with respect and to ensure that everyone feels proud of their job and responsibilities. It’s also critical to ensure that your co-workers and teammates are working in the appropriate job function or division of the organisation. They must play to their strengths, and those strengths must be completely supported and provided with all of the tools they require to not just complete the task, but also feel powerful while doing so. It always returns to momentum after that.

Creating a steady stream of strategic collaborations, announcements, and transactions benefits not only the internal team, but also all stakeholders. People must be in the appropriate roles, and they cannot operate in a toxic environment, he says. “We are all human, we all have feelings, and people have varying levels of sensitivity.” Before you can have a productive work culture, you must ensure that all of the appropriate individuals are active in your business, and any concerns must be addressed and fixed as soon as possible; if this is not possible, tough decisions must be made. “The culture and atmosphere of a corporation are its basis,” he explains.

Learning from Challenges

“The difficulties and challenges are not only constant but morph depending upon what chapter of your professional career you are currently in,” says Brian. He continues, “At the end of the day, the best way to not only avoid potential problems, but ensure you can properly address and correct them, is to surround yourself with a strong, ethical, small inner circle of colleagues along with effective and driven legal, compliance, and accounting firms.”

He opines, “Momentum is key to my motivation and also everyone involved in the process. Being in motion, accomplishing consistent daily small victories, and feeling self-worth allows for a very healthy mind state and good mental health and wellness.”

Creating a Future Together

Brian has worked for 18 years to create an environment that can continue to thrive even if he is no longer involved. This was something he needed to find out following a vehicle accident in 2016 in which a drunk driver hit him in a head on collision. His entire existence fell apart because he surrounded himself with the wrong people and professional services. He says, “That will never happen again, and I am grateful that I am still here. I am grateful that woman hit me as she could have killed someone, and she forced me to change my entire life and model. I had to rebuild from less than nothing, and today EIE is stronger, smarter, and larger than ever.”

Brian believes that the company’s motto, “Time Is Our Most Precious Commodity,” will always be true, that the team will always choose excellent opportunities and people to conduct good ethical business with, and that it will always be about the tiny steady victories. The teams of Esposito Intellectual Enterprises do not consider the company’s ecosystem of one unicorn and 100 failures to be a success; instead, they want all enterprises to collaborate and share resources, as a rising tide elevates all ships.

Message for Budding and Aspiring Entrepreneurs

“Get beat up as much as possible and as early as you can,” says Brian. He goes on to say that the more experienced and seasoned you are, the more capable you are of handling anything and successfully leading a company forward. He opines, “Know that no one is immune to issues, and that whatever you’re going through, you’re not alone, and you’re not being singled out or punished for it. It’s all part of the process, and your goal is to learn from your mistakes and avoid finding yourself in the same situation again. Do not be perplexed as to why individuals act or behave the way they do. People will behave and act as they see fit at the moment; your job is to work on yourself and figure out why you let that person or individuals into your life in the first place and why you didn’t see that outcome coming. Surround yourself with great positive-supportive individuals, which you may discover in new strangers who enter your life more frequently than long-time friends and family members. Anyone who takes the risk of becoming an entrepreneur has my undying admiration. You’re not just taking a huge risk, but you’re also following your heart and goals. It’s not going to be easy, but what would be the fun of that if it was?”
